MY BOOKS ARE A COMPLETE MESS. IS IT TOO LATE?
It is never too late. In fact, cleaning up messy books is one of the things we do best. Whether you're three months behind or three years behind, we've seen it all — and we approach every situation with patience, not judgment. The first step is a conversation to understand where you are and what it will take to get you where you need to be.
DO YOU DO TAXES OR JUST BOOKKEEPING?
Our primary focus is bookkeeping — keeping your books clean, current, and accurate throughout the year. We can deliver tax-ready financials to your CPA each year so there are no surprises at filing time. We also offer tax consulting, planning, and preparation as an add-on service. If you need a referral to a trusted CPA, we're happy to point you in the right direction.

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU GET STARTED?
After our initial discovery call, most clients are onboarded within 1–2 weeks. We'll assess your current setup, discuss the best package for your needs, and build a simple onboarding plan together. There's no complicated process — we make it as easy as possible to get started and get your books into good hands.
I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNTANT. CAN I STILL REACH OUT?
Absolutely. A lot of our clients came to us frustrated with their previous accountant — whether because of poor communication, lack of explanation, or simply feeling like a number instead of a person. We'll have an honest conversation about what's not working and whether we're a better fit. Switching accountants is easier than most people think, and we'll walk you through every step if that's the direction you choose.
DO I HAVE TO BE LOCAL TO WORK WITH YOU?
Not at all. We serve clients nationwide, with a focus in Indiana, Michigan, and Minnesota. All of our bookkeeping services can be delivered fully remotely through QuickBooks Online, secure document sharing, and regular phone or video calls. Many of our best client relationships are with businesses we've never met in person — and they wouldn't have it any other way.
WHAT DOES THE FREE CALL ACTUALLY INVOLVE?
It's a genuine 30-minute conversation — not a sales call. We'll ask about your business, your current financial situation, and what's causing you the most pain. We'll answer your questions honestly, including whether or not we think we're the right fit for you. There's no pressure and no obligation. If it's a good match, we'll talk next steps. If not, we'll try to point you in the right direction.
